In the case of school admissions, where was the call to ban giving extra points to "legacy" applicants (students whose parents attended the same school). Where was the call to ban preferential treatment of athletes? Where was the call to stop letting the unqualified wealthy in? Is it fair that an academically inferior student get into a school simply because their family can write a big donation check?<BR/><BR/>If Ward and company were truly for equality, they should have gone after these types of policies as well.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
